§ 90-803. Meadows utility area.

(a)

There is hereby established the Meadows utility area which shall include those lands described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Within said area the Citrus County Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Water and Wastewater Utility Services may construct, operate and maintain the water/wastewater system in accordance with the rules and regulations of said service unit and the provisions of the Citrus County Code.

(b)

The board of county commissioners, sitting as the governing body of the Citrus County Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Water and Wastewater Utility Services shall set rate schedules for the above described service area by resolution pursuant to the terms set forth in section 102-131 of the Citrus County Code or its successor in function.

EXHIBIT A to section 90-803.

In Range 17E, Township 19S, Section 24: Dexter Park Villas, an unrecorded subdivision in the West one-half of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ and the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ except the West one-half of the Southwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼.

This area is on the north side of Grover Cleveland about two miles east of U.S. Highway 19 in Citrus County, Florida.
