§ 90-551. Definitions.

As used in this article, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings:

Improvements means that portion of an improvement of a local nature and a benefit to the premises or lands served thereby.

Unit means Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit No. 77-11 of the county, created and established in this article.
