§ 10-74. Authority.

This article is enacted under the home rule power of the county in the interest of the health, peace, safety, morals and general welfare of the people of the county, and under the authority of the county to regulate the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages under the 21st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
